Beating that special stage was ridiculously hard. I basically had to go all Takahashi Meijin on that shit. I mapped my right-click button on my MS Sidewinder mouse to left-click (so I would have two LMBs), centered it on the button, stood up and clutched the mouse in my hand to prevent the cursor from moving, and then I just went psycho on both those buttons until the bar hit the top.
